With the best price request, we offer you the opportunity to buy an item you found cheaper at another Internet retailer, to acquire with us on the same conditions.

1. What requirements must be met for a BEST PRICE request to be accepted?
- The difference to the competitor price must be at least 0.50 EUR per article.
- The article is in manufacturer, ingredients, design, content (quantity), etc. exactly the same with our offered.
- Special discounts are excluded, including discounts, e.g. be granted by the conclusion of a newsletter subscription.
- The article is immediately available from the competitor. (The item is deemed to be "immediately available" if it can be sent within 2 days by the competitor)
- The competitor is a commercial supplier and is based in the euro zone.
- The BEST PRICE can not be combined with other specials of NaturProdukte.shop.
2. How do you get the best price?
Click on our logo. (This can be found on the article to the right of the button "ADD TO CART")
Subsequently, a new window (pop-up) opens in which you can enter the information required for the check:
- Please copy the Internet address (URL) of the respective article (detail page) from the competitor and insert it under "Competitor URL".
- Please also tell us the price of the item at the time of your request, to avoid any misunderstandings, if the price in our audit no longer matches the price you have provided. The prices may vary even over short periods
3. What happens after you send us a BEST PRICE request?
One of our employees checks your request to see if it meets the requirements of a BEST PRICE (see point 1).
Monday to Friday we try to process your request within 12 hours.
If your best price request is accepted: You will receive an email, which contains a coupon code. You can use it at your Shopping Cart under "Discount Code". The discount will then be deducted from the price of the respective product.
In case of rejection of your request: Also in this case you will receive an email with a given reason from us.
You can see your requests at any given time in your account details (Login required) under PRICE MATCH REQUESTS.
